The Accenture- Social Security Administration contract included improvisation of online services and database management. It will also provide up-to-date internet options and popular social media features to encourage more user response, reports said.
In addition, Accenture will provide an innovative system for managing health records, processing disability claims, and determining eligibility of claimants.
Accenture has affirmed to deliver IT solutions to SSA's increasing complex health benefit demands from U.S. citizens.
