Nebraska Prosecution Convicts Man for Identity Theft

Omaha, NE – Nebraska prosecution has convicted a man for using another person’s Social Security number (SSN) Friday, reports said.

Mickey Lee Tucker, 53, was charged with identity theft for using his brother’s SSN and collecting $189,401 in disability and welfare benefits, reports quoted U.S. Attorney Deborah Gilg.

Aside from one-year imprisonment, Tucker was also asked to repay all of the disability and welfare benefits he unlawfully collected.
